Formally WazzaCall is a division of Wazza.com Pty Ltd. Wazza.com is a new media company dedicated to providing businesses with intelligent, service based and cost effective internet solutions. Founded as a job website we have in addition created an Online Media division - WazzaWeb.com and our online call solutions division - WazzaCall.com (which we promise has nothing to do with call centres).
Informally we are a group of folks who love the endless possibilities of the internet and the rich rewards it allows us to bring to our clients. Like our other divisions WazzaCall provides businesses and their customers with innovative solutions. For WazzaCall these are specifically based around web initiated Call and SMS solutions. To put simply WazzaCall provides our customers with Call and SMS solutions to help grow their customer base, communicate more efficiently with prospects and save money.
Like everything Wazza.com does we try not to take life too seriously and yet ensure that customer satisfaction is the top priority. We strive to create a community atmosphere where our clients are not simply usernames or numbers on a page. This is much easier said then done so at times I am sure we will be less than perfect. At these times please don't hesitate to contact us and let us know where we have let you down. We welcome all feedback and understand wholeheartedly that you the consumer have needs and the better job we do of meeting (and hopefully exceeding) those needs the more successful we will be.
