We understand that there will be times when a call may disconnect, or even drop out due to coverage blackouts, somewhere in the world. After all, your customers could be calling from remote locations, in sparely populated regions, just as easily as they might be calling from a metropolis.
The Guarantee
If a call is dropped, it is our guarantee to you, that there will be no charge to your business for that call. No questions asked. Simply notify us of the call in question, including the time and date, and we will ensure that you are not charged for that call. We appreciate and value our clients, and are happy to offer this service, to ensure that they only pay for connected calls.
